The International Moral Court® is a moral adjudication body with independent legal personality, established by the World Credit Organization® (WCO). It fully complies with the ICE8000® International Integrity Standard System and the ICE8000 International Credit Dispute Trial Standard. Founded in January 2010 in the State of Delaware, USA, and now headquartered in Washington, D.C., USA and Grand Lake, New Brunswick, Canada, it hears disputes of every kind with strict due process. Its judgments are public, non-binding, and offered as opinions and recommendations.

国际道德法院™是世界信用组织™（WCO）设立的具有独立法人资格的道德裁判机构，全面遵守ICE8000®国际诚信标准体系及《ICE8000国际诚信标准体系国际信用争议审理标准》。2010年1月成立于美国特拉华州；现总部设在美国首都华盛顿特区和加拿大新不伦瑞克省大湖自治市，恪守程序正当原则审理各类争端，判决公开、不具法律效力、仅属意见和建议。
